do you know this model of harp?

Dear musicians and music lovers, I have a question to tell all of you,do you know this model of harp? We have found it next to a dustbin in Florence, and we have take and clean it. Is it a ceremonial instrument? We have take photo of it, inside of the harmonic case is a text, could some of you please translate it?
I would be very happy if you can help my to understood the meaning of this harp.
