- Develop an e.learning global program dedicated to a global Education for Peace
- Give the opportunity to link students and teachers from all over the world by planning together Education for Peace Projects, specially between rich and poor countries, between war and unwar countries (see very soon examples into discussions)
- Use easy and strong tools provided by Internet 2.0 to realize these projects.
- Consider anyone as both teacher and learner
