We are active volunteers from all over the world who welcome new members to the iPeace network. We use a pre-written message - you do NOT write your own. We work from 5 minutes to a few hours at a time several times a week or more often when we find it necessary. We don’t have rigid schedules and all help is much appreciated!
FOR NEW MEMBERS of the WELCOME TEAM
A team member will be happy to help you get started. Here is what you should do:
FOR ALL MEMBERS of the WELCOME TEAM
Once you have proved that you can use the Standard Welcome Code, here is what you should do:
This is an active group. That is why any member who remains inactive for one month or more, without justification, may be banned from the welcome team. Do not be hurt or alarmed if you were banned from this group simply because you were not active. We do that because it is the only option available to the Administrators of the group that Ning.com offers to enable the removal of inactive members. We wish to maintain the 'working' aspect of the group. If you want to take an active role in the group again just contact a member of the Administration and your membership of the group will be reinstated.
SPAM: As iPeace grows, spamming will also unfortunately grow. Without the Welcome Team actively checking new members pages, we can not identify all of the spammers. Please report suspected spammers here Reporting this to administration or in the Members Spamming discussion below.
Thank you all for your valued contributions...

Maria: I understand.
My PC problems often makes posting difficult,
so that I report scammers first because I think it's important.
---
Because of Admin access, David can see immediately
which profiles have been reported/removed.
---
I think David removes scammers when he has the time;
not always immediately, as would of course be ideal,
but he does remove all of them.
(:-)
Marie: Because of my long-term, on-going PC/Internet hassles,
I can only post for a limited time, so it's not always possible to post in this group as well.
Scammers are impossible to get rid of. They will keep returning, especially when they know that there's not immediate Admin control.
If there was 24 hour Admin control, as on other sites, then scammers who have no chance to post their scams & make money/harm others.
(:-)
Thanks Maria!
I reported all of the above scammers.
How I wish there was an active Admin to delete these nasties immediately.
They come crawling out of the woodwork all the time.
Am sure they make a lot of money from scamming.

Maria:
The iPeace scammers are back in force;
one wonders why they seem to enjoy returning here.
Circumstances allowing, I post on their profiles but always report/block/delete them.
THANKS so much for all your hard work on this site!
(:-)
Maria: The scammers have been going quite crazy on iPeace today!
It seems like one person using the same or other profile names!
One cannot keep up with them but even if I don't post on their profile page & do report/block/delete.
(:-)
Maria:
I always block scammers because I
don't wish to receive their scams!
------
Click on the "Block Messages" icon,
found beneath person's name (left side of page).
(:-)
Maria:
1. I highlight the scammers details;
2. Then click on "Report An Issue", bottom right of page;
3. Then post the scammer's details that I've highlighted in the "Report An Issue" window"; it only takes a few seconds.
------
I no longer post on scammers profiles because it's too time-consuming/have Internet problems.
------
Scammers are extremely inventive & know how to invade sites.
------
A good method to keep them under control is to screen membership first but this can only be done by Admin.
------
Your method is better than mine, but what matters is that scammers get deleted. They don't care about anyone but themselves & harm so many.
Maria:
It's been another successful day for scammers on iPeace.
I've reported all of them, but no longer have the time/inclination to post on individual scammers profiles.

Nagaraja Magonhalli:
Maria is one of the most active members who looks after this site & I am deeply grateful to her.
There are many scammers who deliberately hurt others & some of us feel it our duty to warn others because we care about this site very much.
