More about me: I'm putting together a cookbook of recipe's of higher vibrational dishes. If you have a particular fav. I'd love to try it out and put it in the book. Submissions should not only include the ingredients and instructions for cooking but also a short narrative as to how or why it's higher vibration and/or how it helps the body.

So far, I've had great feedback from so many people. I really want this to be a collection of cooking ideas from spiritual leaders and in-tune individuals. We have got to help everyone know that life can be a beautiful thing! This is the perfect way to get the word out, share some good food and break bread with those who normally might not have an interest or be so open.

Please do share more with me. I love all the different rituals and recipes that have been sent so far. Thank you everyone!
