When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I feel the pain in the world

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Inflation, Human Rights, Our Shrinking Freedom, Other

So what is it?: Going deeper to heal pain; we need to live in love, not fear.

More: We need to heal fear with love and compassion so that we can see that our "enemies" are people just like us; whatever the doctrine or religion or teaching that takes us away from realizing we are all human, with pain and the capacity to heal, takes us away from peace; love heals all wounds=peace.

More about me: My operating slogan is "personal and global transformation and communication." Following the example of a distant relative who worked for the Ford Foundation, making sure "fellows" placed in various countries around the world were comfortable and happy in their overseas placements, I have always been interested in diplomacy and foreign correspondence. Personally, I became a rebirther, breath worker, Reiki master, hypnotherapist, working from the inside out to effect change in the world, to heal pain on a personal level. Now, one of my priorities is the HR 808 and the Americans for the Department of Peace organization (www.thepeacealliance.org), with a conference coming up in DC March 20-23, 2009. Peace within, peace without; peace globally, peace domestically. Indeed, peace begins with me -- as it does with all of us. All of us together will create the heart coherence (see HeartMath/Gregg Braden/Howard Martin) that is creating an enlightened world -- the Age of Aquarius is here!!
