It'd really all of the listed elements, but religion-- or I should say, ... um, ...'religion'...., in the name of which people go to war seems to be a biggie. Its really the "three poisons"-anger, greed and stupidity, that are at the bottom of the recursive "war-against everything good" syndrome.
Then again, since I am here, experiencing, if not directly involved in, this tentency toward war, changing MY karma, even if I cannot see exactly what it is, is a step in the right direction.
