When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I feel the pain in the world

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: Poverty, Education, Violence, Human Rights

So what is it?: Education is the key... there need be no enemies.

What must we overcome to achieve peace?: Economic disparities

Can we change the world?: Definitely

Justice and Education are the Keys to Peace.

a non-violent world of peace and justice is possible, and it will have to start with education. The ignorant war-mongering ways of the past are passed down with powerful traditions propelling them. The ways and hates that make War a justified and even honorable way of life are overly powerful in our world. Only education for all humanity will allow everybody to find their own best path and higher purpose.

We all feel anger sometimes, that is human, but War Mongers and violent criminals that actual harm others for personal gain should be removed from society (prison). Then, when the world is peaceful, some of them could re-join society. Everybody gets a 2nd chance... well almost everybody, but the worst will be behind us as true power would no longer be with those who war or kill for political or personal gain.

Peace is just the first step to saving the world. Lets get it done.

I look forward to getting to know you more through this site. What you said about hate spreaders and mongerers should all be inprisoned is something I strongly feel. I have done several posts in the past about that very concept. War should be a criminal offense no matter what the supposed reason for the war is, and each and everyone who acts violently against anyone else should be tried like any other criminal or murderer. That simple, and if that was the case people would think twice about taking violent measures and starting wars. Countries would no longer start actions to cause wars if they themselves personally were held liable for crime, don't you think?
