When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I'm just a peaceful person

So what is it?: Peace is the absence of attachment to anything -one-emotional state...be in the now!

More: if you are not in the now you are not at peace. If you are in pain and you can feel the resistance in your body...you are attached...if you are attached...love can't flow to you now.

More about me: I love life and the lessons it has taught me so far. For me allowing the flow of love more and more into my life with every breath has become my biggest awareness work in progress to date.
I specialize in helping people transform their relationship with themselves and others through providing them with emotional intelligence training, coaching and mentoring.
I do what I love and therefore life has become more effortless then ever.
