What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Inflation, Human Rights, Other

So what is it?: Indefference

What must we overcome to achieve peace?: Economic disparities

More: I think when you have a lack of education and a necessity for surviving (food, clothe, medicine, etc) there is an opportunity cost for a radical mind to use you to accomplished what he or she pursuit.

This happened in my country (Peru) in the early 80's with the terrorist movement the "Shining Path". They used the citizens of the poorest Regions of Peru by washing their brains and by threating their families by saying that the only way that they have to be re-vindicated its by the popular war. Against a corrupt State that needed to be re-build.

The war last 17 years with 69,280 dead people (report by the Commission of Reconciliation and Truth in the year 2003).

The actual government is so stupid that they don't had understood the changes that needs to be done, so in the future it would not repeat another inner war.

The same regions where the conflict started, remains in poverty and hunger. It had passed 28 years and many of my country fellows haven't understood the message.

The only way to combat the "burning issues" f war, hunger, poverty, etc is by the implementation of Social Accountability policies done by the private and public sector. Is the only way.

Can we change the world?: Definitely
