More about me: I am First Nations Ojibway from Northwestern Ontario. I am a traditional dancer, a pipe carrier and have been drug free for 35 years. My work and passion is with people and their concerns. I am gravely concerned "Mother Earth"- we need to save her from further destruction.

A couple of years ago a few of us guys organized a "Men's Conference" in our community. we thought it was a success...the men who attended the conference. One of the quotes I used was from the Oglala Sioux and Spiritual Leader, Black Elk(1863 - 1950)

I know little of my heritage but I try to honor it. My older daughter has been given the gift. She is learning the Chumash language and is involved with native issues.
