More about me
I was born and raised in a conflict prone, insurgency inflicted multi-ethnic area. I have been in more than three major conflict situations and have seen and experienced first-hand the sufferings, trauma, fear and other ghastly experiences. Many of my close friends, relatives have been killed or died in these fightings. I have been shot at, treatened, chased, beaten during these fightings. Therefore, all these experiences have led me to realize the importance of peace and the destructive effects of any conflicts; led me to have a resolution to work for peace with all the passions and energy I possess, no matter how hard it may be, so that people now and after can have a reason to hope and smile for, so that innocent people will be spared the hurt and pains I have gone through and I do believe that, somewhere is a role I can play to help bring peace to people and the world, no matter how small and insignificant me and my effort may appear to be; that dedication and sincerity can help me to achieve the impossible or be a cornerstone for peace somewhere as long as I holds on to them.
Inter alia, I believe I might have some skills in the fields of Alternative dispute Resolution, Conflict Resolution, Democratization, Development, Diplomacy, Education, Capacity Building, Research, etc that I would be most willing to share if given the chance while at the same time also learn further from the sharings.
