When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?
I am a born activist
What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?
Other
So what is it?
First off, I disagree with not being able to describe myself in my own words, but there you are. I am not a born activist. That having been said, I feel the greatest burning issue we have is the general failure to organize a world founded in collective culture.
What must we overcome to achieve peace?
Fear
More
Love is the opposite of fear. I strongly believe that peace is not merely the absence of war. Peacefulness is a product of wellness. A peace oriented economy is necessary to the active principle of well being. Let's make festivals replace wars as the greatest single effort of human generated economic engines.
Can we change the world?
Definitely
More about me
Again, let me respond first to the question above in my own words. The choices given are impractical. An individual already effects change in the world by breathing. Making a creative, desired and functional change in the world requires an individual to maintain a collective relationship. To maintain the integrity of that relationship, the collective must respect the individual. There is no avoiding that relationship. It is rather a matter of understanding to what degree our willful involvement takes its place. As for myself, I would like to build a festival development center in every major city of the world and have a global public access satellite system established for the world to use as a collectively owned and governed communications protocol. With this, cultural festivals which promote human understanding will be able to generate an alternative economic engine in service to planetary well being.
