When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?
I am a born activist
What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?
War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Inflation, Human Rights, Our Shrinking Freedom, Other
So what is it?
What must we overcome to achieve peace?
ignorance, as referred to below...

men of earth
brothers in eternity
shake your souls awake
the hour so long waited for
the promised hour has come
over the dark firmament of suffering humanity
is rising the morning star
heralding the day when you will understand
that mans most sacred duty is to be man
that is... to manifest life, intelligence, truth and love
there is no higher aim, no vaster problem
and you who realize this will break the fetters with which
ignorance and fear have bound unconscious humanity
will stand up free and know yourselves to be
the eternal manifestation of the unmanifest
witnesses of the absolute
sons of that great all
whom we call God
Can we change the world?
More about me
I believe:
peace is not just the absence of war.
it is not just a void - an empty battlefield.
peace is an equal and more to chaos.
the voice of peace inspires
inner peace conspires
the hand, to serve
Promise to respect others and refrain from spamming?

"If you want to make peace with your enemy, you have to work with your enemy. Then he becomes your partner." ~Nelson Mandela

"Your true home is in the here and the now. It is not limited by time, space, nationality, or race.
Your true home is not an abstract idea.
It is something you can touch and live in every moment.
With mindfulness and concentration, can find your true home
in the full relaxation of your mind and body in the present moment.
No one can take it away from you.
Other people can occupy your country,
they can even put you in prison,
but they cannot take away your true home and your freedom."

~Thich Nhat Hanh

"It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure." ~Albert Einstein

Tranquil garden

We did not come into this world. We came out of it, like buds out of branches and butterflies out of cocoons. We are a natural product of this earth, and if we turn out to be intelligent beings, then it can only be because we are fruits of an intelligent earth, which is nourished in turn by an intelligent system of energy. Lyall Watson - "Gifts of Things Unknown"

Funny Food Film - Store Wars

Grocery Store Wars is both funny and frightening, silly and serious, happy and sad. Laugh with fruit and vegetable characters while being informed about your food.

The little things

Posted on April 13, 2009 at 6:00pm 0 Comments

There is no us and them, only me and we... easily said, but not easily assimilated.

The fabric that entwines us is expansive and diverse, including the brightest and darkest amongst us.

Each of is but an insignificant stitch in the fabric, yet integrally as important as every other stitch.

We are so interdependent and connected, yet often, so distant and disconnected.

The mending of this condition is in the small things done often by many, rather than the large done by… Continue

Thousands of blessings to you all
Thanks for your messages so beautiful
For the good they do for our brothers
Are truly an example
I send my love to all of you
Merry Christmas to you
What the road can meet you
May the wind be always at your back
What the sun shine warmly upon your face
What the rain refresh you on your way
What ever you go with Father
In all your days
And until I can hold you again
That the Father will hug and kiss you with love
