During the 60th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) held in Daejeon,
Korea, the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) and the Mineseeker

Schoolgirls help landmine charity

Two Shropshire schoolgirls have become youth ambassadors for a charity which supports victims of landmines.
Charlie Kendrick, 13, and Sophie Dober, 12, became involved in the Mineseeker Foundation during an English project at Bridgnorth Endowed School.

- I am the Managing Director for Mineseeker SA the South African operating company for the MIneseeker Foundation. We have launched a campaign The Sole of Africa which is dedicated to the detection and removal of landmines and the rebalitation of the land and the people affected by these devices.
We believe in providing sustainable solutions for people so that they can helpthemselves and do not believe in 'aid for aids sake'
Our vision is to get "Africa feeding Africa".

I’ve been gone for the last couple of weeks spreading light and love through lecturing, the radio show and the video-editing studio.
Just wanted to re-connect and say hi! Although I’ve been gone and not communicating, that in no way diminishes my appreciation of who you are and what you are doing to promote and sustain peace amongst all of us here and everyone within your world.
