What must we overcome to achieve peace?: Fear

More: Fear of the unknown has people creating thoughts in their minds about other cultures, religions and races that may not be true. We can only overcome this fear by getting together with others from all walks of life and sharing each others thoughts, feelings and lives with each other so that we can appreciate each others differences, but also see that we are much the same in many other ways such as our hopes and dreams for ourselves and our children's futures.

Can we change the world?: Definitely

Out of action-computer virus

Hello my friends,
I was hoping to participate more here after I joined but my computer is dead from a virus picked by my son from a games site, so I won't be back until my computer is online again. For the moment I am on a very slow borrowed computer and it is most frustrating trying to work with it. :(
Be sure that I will let you know ASAP when I'm online again, and looking forward to doing more to help.

I know this is not exactly about Peace...but this IS about COMPASSION...and peace and compassion go hand in hand :)

A friend sent this to me today, and I would just like to share it with you, so that those of you who care about animals may get in there and actively support the work these people do.
