It is the essence of my existence,
which would be in vain without it,
existing but not living,

and in all other moments in between
I breathe only you in, for you are the only air that is not corrupt
You are pure and light and beautiful

Your love is my food, for without it, my soul would die of hunger
Hunger for the happiness you bring to my very being
Hunger for the beautiful vision that is you
Hunger for the desire you create within me
and for the beauty you create without

Your love is my water, which keeps my heart from dying of thirst
Thirst for the love it can only drink from you
