Can we change the world?
Definitely
More about me
I am a veteran of the Vietnam anti-war movement and a life long anti-war activist. On May 1st 1969 250,000 people showed up in Washington D.C. to participate(?) in the "3 days of civil disobedience". We were by permit allowed to camp out at the Lincoln memorial. On the dawn of the first day we were awakened by armed police, armed national guardsmen, helicopter gunships and informed that our permit was canceled by Nixon and his Germans. All but 60,000 went home! We who stayed proceeded to carry out the objectives of that exercise and when the Washington Post reported the next day that the venerable Federal Government "faltered" on May 1st I realized two things:
1) the people that went home were there not for peace but for the free music, drugs and sex!
and
2) The fact that a relatively small band of committed activists actually shook the foundations of the Federal Government lead to my belief that each and everyone of us has untested and untapped potential to enact change!
It was an arduous three days of beatings, tear gas, jailing, and ultimately EMPOWERMENT!!
Promise to respect others and refrain from spamming?

Thanks for the friendship request Paul, and your active spirit for change! And for joining the World Unity Day group! If you haven't already, please sign the "Declaration of World Unity" petition and invite others. What an incredible experience and thing to be part of back in '69!
All the best,
Kevin
Dear Paul..
I believe that your aura is blue and white! I also see (feel) some magenta in there around your heart. You love people and want ALL to feel the joy in life. It does feel like home here!
I have been away for the weekend visiting some hot springs in Idaho. It was nice. Can't wait till the weather breaks so I can get back to the mountains every weekend. Do you enjoy camping? The mountains are my church and love is my religion...
Love and light...
Chris
