Há alguns dias, uma jovem pacifista perdeu a vida, Rachel Corrie, de 23 anos. Era uma estudante da Universidade de Olympia (Washington), e pertencia ao movimento pela justiça e pela paz.

Com a sua associação pacifista organizou iniciativas pela ocasião do aniversário do 11 de Setembro, em memória das vítimas do desastre e da guerra no Afeganistão.
