More: We live in a very fear-based society. Our children are taught that they should be afraid to live simple and in peace. When we grow, we are taught that we should be afraid of change, afraid to think for ourselves. We are taught to pull the wool over our own eyes, that somebody else is in control and that we as a people should trust that control...or else.

More about me: I'm finally (what a word. nothing is final) finding my spiritual path, and what I am to do before I shuck off my colorful candy shell. Even with all of the negativity that exists in the world today, I look for the inherent good in all. Namaste.
