- When we are in fear we give our power away to what scares us and forget that we have choice. Choice is the most powerful 'matter' of reality and changing our thoughts, feelings and beliefs from 'fear' thoughts to 'love' thoughts will change the energy of the world - and we will 'together' create peace on this planet in our lifetime.

- I began a conscious relationship with my HIGHER SELF in 1985. Since this awakening; so many wonderful ideas, techniques and information have been brought to me. My life began to change in miraculous ways. These changes in my life and the onset of joy and happiness prompt me to share my beliefs so that others can enjoy the same bliss.
The relationship with my HIGHER SELF coupled with the belief that we “create our own reality” began an adventure that continues on and on. The willingness to change is the key and taking responsibility is the doorway to the miracles of the future. It is time for all humankind to let go of the past and look to the future to create a present that is safe and loving.
I produce and host a public access tv show - that offers affirmations and guided visualization - to release the past and embrace the future. Creating a Community of Choice, choosing to create 'peace on this planet in our lifetime.'
I've taken a leap onto the internet and now have streaming clips of my tv show Rita's Room, and do a tuesday morning Live talkshoe.com - where we talk about creating your own reality, with unconditional love, without motive or attachment, for the Divine Good of All.
