When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I feel the pain in the world

More: I believe fear is one of the biggest obstacles because when one holds fear, control is kept by the people high up in power. If we let go of that fear we are free and therefore able to enjoy full faith in all that is, therefore peace will arise! Its sad to say that fear is put out to us in the media, every day we get messages of fear, and being in that constant state of anxiety keeps us not only distracted from the truth but in a box which can be hard to get out of.

More about me: I am currently working as a trainee counsellor which Im really enjoying. I would say that one of the most important factors in life which directs me, is my spirituality. I love animals, people, nature and have a respect and awarness of the energies around us.
