More: If there are really only 2 emotions (all others boil down into these 2 main categories) Love and Fear. Love will bring us to peace. Fear isn't real, but the illusion of fear keeps us in the illusion of separation/pain/suffering.

More about me: I am an interfaith minister, available for spiritual counseling, and retreats on my 53 acres of Adirondack beauty.
