To learn the exercises and meditation I think it might be easiest to contact a local voluntary contact person that can help teach you the exercises if you are interested. (The practice is completely free). You can find local voluntary contact persons on:

I started practicing Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) in 1999, and is the most wonderful thing I have ever done :-) I look forward to staying in touch, and and I look forward to hearing from you hopefully soon again.
