Hello Amal,
Thank you. I do hope for peace, I do hope there is a way to solve problems. For me the burnt issue is Israel-Palestine, there all my energy is.
Bless you
Irit
Dear Amal, via your comment on Núria Castro's Page i came onto your iPeace page. Because of my investigation, and needed to understand about what happened to the jewish people during World War 2, i have visited and worked in Israel for about three years. Most of this time i worked in Mefalsim, an Argentinian kibbutz near Siderot that has been under fire. I cherish precious memories about the people and that time in my life. I started to read the books of Yoran Kaniuk who says that there's no solution to the problem. I have visited Israel seven times and travelled the whole country. While visiting the museum of pioneers in Kiriat Shmona we experienced bomshelling from Lebanon. While everybody went into the bomshelters i hurried into the woods outside the town to spent the night in my sleepingbag while the army was moving in. At one point, on the top of the Carmel mountains i looked down onto the valley and was amazed of the achievements! A swamp turned into an oasis. I cherish good memories like busking in Jaffa gate, swimming in the dead sea, working in the Red Rock hotel in Eilat while living in tent city just outside of it. And so i could go on ad on. I really hope that Yoram was wrong and that there will be a solution to this very, intens and problamatic conflict! I pray for Peace and was so sad when Rabin was killed! Sorry, william
