Profile Information
When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?
I am a born activist
What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?
War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Human Rights, Our Shrinking Freedom, Other
So what is it?
By working together to promote peace and understanding, we learn how to control the anger of the "burning issues" - from each other...we don't have to agree, but we can love more and we are all beautiful people.
What must we overcome to achieve peace?
Prejudice
More
If prejudice is ignorance, than knowing the truth is the cure - not really. We don't recognize our prejudice because we label people. I think we are finding that the understanding and acceptance solutions are essential to the reformation of the obstacles / barriers to peace - yes, reform; better than revolution because it is based on the positive and movement of peace. Hugs are great, smiles are free, but love conquers all. This simple ingredient is staple of all things that are basic needs to humanity. I read "Art is Life" - well, yes - folks, that is a luxury we can afford. Destroying art in natural resources, human talents and all things that teach us to be more humane...are compromised. Can I just say all of the above...lol. Most of all, love - I see so much in the name of love that is a perception of an artifact...Now, sharing your kindred soul and learning to love better; that is a great story.
Can we change the world?
Definitely
