Listening to the Other published today

Posted on May 29, 2009 at 1:17pm 0 Comments

First copies of Listening to the Other arrived last night. They look great! Always a surprise seeing a new book for the first time as you never quite know how it will be in the hand as opposed to on screen. This time I have to say I think it looks better than I'd imagined. The cover is a slightly deeper colour and the exercises give an imprssion of accessibility. …

I couldn’t possibly do that, I’d feel too guilty!

How often have you heard someone say something of this kind, or even said it yourself? To listen to people’s reactions, you’d think that feeling guilty was the worst thing that could happen to a person. GUILT: An Exploration

My new book came out this week - it feels quite strange having it 'out there' at last, as this one feels particularly personal, having more creative and personal material in it. Looking forward to hearing how people receive it...

This book is a journey; an exploration into those areas of life which both fascinate and repel us. Through the weaving together of an account of a group of… Continue

Hello Caroline,
Your book sounds facinating. Is it being marketed in the US also? Personally, guilt is the worst thing, but when you think about it, it is a very necessary growing pain for our spiritual development. Would you be interested in joining our group, Many Faiths - One Goal? Have a beautiful and peaceful day.

Just had a thought ~ would you and/or David like to create your own group on iPeace?

You can add messages, events, videos etc there ~ I will feature the group and invite my Buddhist friends?

This will increase your profile in our community
