it is not economic disparities but wrong leadership measurements ruled by dumb media and the macro professional monopoly of globalisation - the sort that can cause wall street investment banks to compound their own destruction or a leader like bush to rush into war without any concept of what community win-wins of peace would need to be mapped
muhammad yunus and 100000 bangladeshi microbankers have the whole truth metrics and deep context maps of how to empower every being and integrate every community int o a sustaing globalisation
Can we change the world?
Definitely
More about me
have worked in 40 countries mapping what societies and people most desperately want - for some reason when the spreadsheet appeared fewer and fewer of the world's biggest organisations stayed in touch with the most vital local needs- the good news is we have one great chance now with new US leadeeship and the death of the worst kind of badwill investment bank to change this mistake they have all compounded we can start mapping solutions to every human rights crisis locally and openly networks solutions that work interlocally
Promise to respect others and refrain from spamming?

Its good that internet mavens raise loans for small entrepreneurs in developing countries but kiva etc has very little to do with how microcredit became the best peacemaking method I have ever seen. Complete microcredit models integrate the following:
what does the community need to change (through compound investment) so that its next generation will be sustainable way above poverty ( I will try load 16 decisions video)
how do we get loans to the very poorest- a murphy's law of banking is the less poor edge out the poorest unless you are always focsuing system metrics around ending poverty of the poorest
created real village (open) spaces for every 60 women members- who become the community builders as well as peer to peer mentors in enrepreneurships as well as a natural hub once digital technolgy comes along; grameen connects over 125000 village hubs through mobiles used to bring down degrees of separation on life-saving knowledge as well as promote innovative franchises that one hub-centre has innovated
It would be a pity if any young person or peace networker thought that kiva is what microfinance is
Great to see you here - our profiles and "welcoming messages" for this community on our profiles quite much overlap in spirit :). Micro-finance is already on the agenda for this community, with Kiva.org as featured 'peace network'.
