When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I am a born activist

So what is it?: shallow breathing which causes people and cultures to become dysfunctional. The cure is conscious deep breathing from which every other productive and beneficial thing will follow.

More: Blind beliefs based on shallow breathing habits. Where ever people have become shallow breathers they become dysfunctional in every other way.

More about me: Eye am conscious deep breathing coach. Eye am the founder of among other things "The World Breath Dancing Circle". Our purpose and mission being to remind the rest of the world to remember that their breath is their God. and that they should develop a conscious deep breathing practice By paying attention to their breath at all times.
