More about me: I have been blessed to have begun my study of Yoga and metaphysics at the age of 10. I was born a musician and healer, a gift developed further by the good fortune of studying with a very special teacher - Graciela Damewood. I believe that all spirituality has the same basis and that it is an active force that permeates both the visible and the unseen around us.

My wife (Seay ) and I have a record company - Tuscan sun Music promoting her music. Also,I host a TV show called "Cooking With Spirit" (TM) and have detailed a system of spiritual practices in several works including "Being Human Being Spirit" (TM)

Some of my favorite spiritual teachers are : Paramahansa Yogananda, Carlos Castaneda, Yogi Ramacharaka, Lu Kuan Hu, Don Campbell, Deepak Chopra, and though most don't see them as such John Edward and Robert Monroe..
