I believe that we have to control our mind in order to get peace.
One of the means is to be free from anger, desire attachment, jealousy... wich are obstacles for peace.
We have to share with the help of the teachings of Jesus Christ, the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha. Every religion has the same meaning. Let's give it alive. With all my love and compassion.

I have been engaged in love and education. With five children from four to seventeen with their father.
I would like to share my life with them. To transmit spiritual values, buddhist philosophy, and to help them to be in peace. One of my regular practise is Yoga B.K.S. Iyengar. I try to be my best and to be happy on this way. It is a challenge for every day!!!
