When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I am a 'born again' activist

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Human Rights, Other

More: Those who prevent world peace are prejudice. They live by the laws of their own self serving standards and refuse to consider the possibility that many groups, with unique standards, can come together as one whole. (the sum of the parts). They turn to bitterness and hatred to fuel their intent. Out of this hatred grows the greed to take over all that is possible to conquer and destroy. From this destruction come the victims. Victims who were unable to ward off their aggressors. They are stripped, piece by piece of all that truly is their being. They become lost, fearful, and hungry. With their soul in shreds they begin to lose hope as each time they try to move forward, the warriors of hate beat them back, making them feel worthless. After all is tried and lost they begin to give in and then give up.

More about me: I am but one voice. But, my voice is loud. I speak from my heart. My friends know me to be sincere and trustworthy. I share everything I have with anyone who asks. I am a loyal friend, a peace maker. I learn from others, and am willing to listen. From others I get inspiration. Inspiration to act upon and try to create something bigger than myself. Big enough to hold everyone who has the need to come in.
