Yes I belong to a sound circle, we sing chants and use our voice spontaneously to see what sounds may come up, also musical instruments - drums, flutes, crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs. Sometimes I have gone into a trance and amazing what sound presents itself - like another part of me from ancient times. I also have recently been to Israel, actually last October, we stayed in the old city of Jerusalem. Feel very strongly that I would like to return and visit Mount Carmel - have you been there? and what can you tell me about it? So nice to have you as a friend, love and peace to you from your Aussie friend.
