Ooooh awesome! I am glad to have found another with an owl totem! amazing! well, I never had an initiation rite, as such, to be honest! however, the owl has appeared to me in my life, and has been with me for a few years now. My other totem is the Lion/Lioness/Cat...as well as the Porcupine and the Mole =)

The snowy owl is also my totem, I was named Grey Owl When I finished my manhood rite of passage many moons ago, To the Native American the Owl Medicine is the most sacred, as well as the most mysterious.I am an Elder with the Owl Society of the Free Cherokees. New here but not to the path of the Shamantic Witch. Be Blessed Grey Owl
