We are forever surrounded by love. From the rays of the sun that nurture and sustain life on our precious planet, to extending a helping hand to another in need, our existence is found within this unifying principle we know in our heart as love. Life itself is the expression of unconditional love and you are here right now simply because you are a magnificent presence of this same love.
The beauty of our journey is that we represent a full spectrum of sizes and shapes, colors and…

Gandhi assassinated
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, the political and spiritual leader of the Indian independence movement, is assassinated in New Delhi by a Hindu fanatic.
Born the son of an Indian official in 1869, Gandhi's Vaishnava mother was deeply religious and early on exposed her son to Jainism, a morally rigorous Indian religion that advocated nonviolence. Gandhi was an unremarkable student but in 1888 was given an opportunity to study law in England.…

tho I walk through this troubled vale,
I wonder who carries my coffin,
yet I should fly these clouds,
who wears my cloak or the burdens of my family,
after I have fought this battle,
who now carries my armor, sword and shield?
Thank You Father,
I have come with my brothers and sisters,
Thank You Mother,
Your kindness was the death of me...

"I have found that the greatest degree of inner tranquility comes from the development of love and compassion. The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being. Cultivating a close, warm-hearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. It is the ultimate source of success in life."

CANCEL THE DOUBT
The clouds of doubt come to visit all of us from time to time. Shucks,
not only do they visit, they take up rent, if we let them. When you
can't see pass doubt, to renewed hope, there is only one thing to do,
Get back in touch with your true Self!
We are all worthy of the blessings. We all have the same potential
to achieve great things. Doubt is the residue of poor self worth, getting
off the path, and past failures. We can't be…

Hard to comunicate when only one side does. It gets totally out of perspective! Rumors start, imaginations get going...wildly! People come to conclusions, people come to assume things that aren't true.
I have had SO MUCH of this in my last many years of life....For work I needed to comunicate with someone and
imagined that YES I was doing the job and then NO I wasn't...and all this back and forth thinking, worrying, planning in two separate directions, one for yes and the other for…

It might just be the right time to say "I'm sorry". I think more than a few people, including myself, expressed themselves in a way that could have been a little softer, more polite, filled with more compassion. We "got at" the fact that iPeace was closed for a day, when actually, it may have just been an urgent and easy way to take a breath with all the changes that have gone on here lately, and to have a well-needed pause. One cannot say that doing so didn't cause quite an eye-opener for many…

To whom it may concern,
I have heard rumours this site is going to be shut down, to wit: (recieved from "Paris" - a member here)
...."It is unfortunate that this site might have to close, but perhaps someone who has the time and energy can take it over. There has to be a solution, other than disappointment. Please look for it for the sake of peace and love. Paris"
This is probably fear mongering, but if there is ANY element of truth to this, I would consider ti…

I haven't watched the news, or read the newspapers most of my life. I have actively avoided that bombardment as a spiritual practice. Those things that I need to know, those things that I can make a difference or help turn it around are brought into my awareness, always. However, I purposely side-step the constant inundation by negative news which simply serves to fill my heart with fear.
One of my main jobs on this planet has always been as a peacekeeper. That is, that I hold peace…

Thank you David for Ipeace. I know I haven't utilized this site much, but it is still comforting to know that like minds are out there. It might be difficult to help promote peace at times like this, but the world needs us and we need to do this for the world. We are on the brink of a great change in our collective consciousness. How this change comes about is up to individuals like us. I know there are peacemakers who have a more utopian view and would like to believe the dawn of a Golden age…

Escrever com água
é permitir a fluidez das idéias
que se somam e modificam
o curso das palavras
Escrever com água
é matar a sede
dos que procuram contemplar-se
a si mesmos
Escrever com água
é se adaptar a todos os recipientes
e refletir o que todos sentem
Que mais poderia dizer, poeta, que ainda não saibas? Termino de…

How do people deal with problems? In ALL different ways! Technical problems are solved, but it's the emotional problem that isn't easy to find "the simple way" to solve. Those
involving people are the difficult ones to approach and resolve. If someone is used to getting things
out in the open, and finds others keeping things in, THIS in itself is a problem.
I can't understand why someone else doesn't open up, and that person doesn't…

Taking personal responsibility for our actions is one crucial key to our spiritual growth. We must know the difference between our responsibility and the responsibility of others to avoid owning the results of another's poor choices. Avoiding the energies of blame, anger and regret, energies holding us back from expressing our true nature, gives us a chance to see what we are responsible for and own it. Once we've released ourself by taking personal responsibility, we can move forward with…

Hi All
I am not sure I have ever written a blog here on iPeace. Or if I have it has often been shameless self-publicity for the organisation I work with.
But it doesn't mean I haven't watched iPeace, its growth, its progress and as a designer how it looks.
And on occasions my wife Christine and I have asked David Califa for help about something and sometimes he has responded with great generosity.
I also can totally appreciate the huge task that David…

When a situation seems particularly challenging, ask inside, "How is this situation, as it is, already a blessing for me? What can I do to allow more blessings to come forward?" Even though the blessings are already present, there are always greater blessings yet to become fully manifest.
There is always greater good present that is yet to be discovered and manifested in yourself and in the world. By moving your conscious focus towards the blessings, you are blessed even…
