Finding Balance

Three ways I can move into greater expressions of peace, right now, are:

- Laugh about and love the times I am not in peace with myself, others and

life.

- Forgive myself for judging myself & others for moving out of our peaceful

nature.

- See the peaceful way in each situation.

A point of rest.
