The stars, to me, shine not alone
Away off far~
But twinkle near, delightfully,
Where the little children are.
today, while searching on my knees,
I found a star
Imprisoned, underneath a chair,
In a toy car!
From eyes tear~drenched, I brush away
Unhappiness and grief;
Stars, like ember sparks appear.
Radiant with relief.
The mischief stars peek out at night
at bedtime hour,
and brilliance blends with innocence,
In subtle…

Today, the day of the Lord
when the divinity returns to me
when living my free will,
and with all the power of my spirit
I decide to live my life
in free communion with God
with no expectations.
I will love my life with gratitude,
love, loyalty, and justice
beginning with myself
and continuing with my brothers and sisters.
I will respect all creation
as the symbol of my love communion
with the…

He was too shy to sing
but I taught
Him.
The Sky's voice is such that
one's mind must be very
quiet to hear
God
speak.

Father/Mother God, please shine your Light on the Chilean miners who are trapped. May the joy of miracles
touch each and everyone. Through your loving kindness, let they as well as their loved ones find strength in separation. Let Love be an invisible rope to help them to rise out of the depths of Mother. They are only trying to survive and flourish, just like anyone else.
through the Love, of Jesus, I beckon an Angel of Mercy to surround this situation.

Humans are not the only beings with powerful minds. Attached to humanity are unseen beings who also are an organ of the earth. They share the metabolism of the earth, just as humans do. these beings form a spectrum from benevolent to harmful. Sometimes they possess human bodies. many traditions are aware of them. They have been present alongside the human race from the beginning and have been called "gods" by various people. The destiny of these beings and that of humans is very close. The…

GOD IS LOVE; his mercy brightens
All the path in which we rove;
Bliss he wakes and woe he lightens;
God is wisdom, God is love.
Chance and change are busy ever;
Man decays and ages move;
But his mercy waneth never;
God is wisdom, God is love.
E'en the hour that darkest seemeth,
Will his changeless goodness prove;
From the gloom his brightness streameth,
God is wisdom, God is love.
He with earthly cares entwineth
Hope and comfort…

ALAS, how easily things go wrong!
A sigh too much, or a kiss to long,
And thee follows a mist and a weeping rain,
And life is never the same again.
Alas, how hardly things go right!
"Tis hard to watch in a summer night,
For the sigh will come, and the kiss will stay,
And the summer night is a wintry day.
All things can never go badly wrong
If the heart be true and love be strong,
For the mist, if it comes, and the weeping rain
Will be…

Advice doesn't help lovers!
They're not the kind of mountain stream
you can build a dam across.
An intellectual doesn't know
what the drunk is feeling!
Don't try to figure
what those lost inside love
will do next!
Someone in charge would give up all his power,
if he caught one whiff of the wine-musk
from the room where lovers are dong who-knows-what!
One of them tries to dig a hole through a mountain.
One flees from academic…

The antidote for lack is gratitude. Gratitude is a choice, and attitude, an approach towards life. My gratitude for this moment does not depend on what is going on in this moment; it is the moment, regardless of what is going on, that i am grateful for.My gratitude for this breath is not about the breath.… Continue

Each soul comes to the Earth with gifts. A soul does not incarnate only to heal and to balance its energy, to pay its karmic debts, but also to contribute its specialness in specific ways. Each soul brings the particular configuration of the Life force that it is to the needs of the Earth school. It does this with purpose and intention.
Before it incarnates, each soul agrees to perform certain tasks upon the Earth. It enters into a sacred agreement with the Universe to accomplish…

Bowl of Saki, August 17, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
Love has its time at every stage of life. As a child, as a youth,
as an adult, whatever stage of life one has reached, love is always
asked for and love always has its part to perform.… Continue

Understanding the physics of God,
his Indivisible Nature,
makes every universe and atom confess:
i am just a helpless puppet that cannot dance
Without the movement of His hand.
Dear ones,
This curriculum tonight is for the advanced
And will
Get all the blame straight,
End the mental
Lawsuits
That
Clog
The…

ONE LESSON, Nature, let me learn from thee,
One lesson which in every wind is blown,
One less of two duties kept at one,
Through the loud world proclaim their enmity-
Of toil un-severed from tranquility;
Of labor, that in lasting fruit outgrows.
Far noisier schemes, accomplished in repose,
Too great for haste, too high for rivalry.
Yes, while on earth a thousand discords ring,
Man's fitful uproar mingling with his toil,
Still working, blaming still…

Accepting Life as it Is Without Sorrow or Emotional Reaction
Common definitions of compassion read like the following: a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken with misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering. These definitions create the idea that compassion requires us to join another in their misery. Does this really help anyone? We may need a definition of compassion that is more powerful. For true compassion we will have to…

Innocence:
When we have really forgiven somebody, we enter into original innocence. And that original innocence is like new snow. It's like fresh rain that clears the air.
It's anything where you just go, "Wow!!!" I guess it's every sunset I've ever seen ...
They're all new.
JR: Forgiveness the Key to the Kingdom.

One of the greatest keys in my armory is gratitude. Through gratitude I can always go to a more expansive and deeper level within myself. It often requires that I be more open and have a greater ability to receive, but that is what I want anyway. When I go into gratitude, I am always rewarded.When I look out into the world to find my reference points,… Continue
