I've watched the movie Chicken Run at least a half-dozen times. Just beneath the surface of its simplistic look and story line lie a number of wonderful messages told through the eyes of a bunch of Claymation chickens trying to break out of their chicken-wire world to escape their fate at the chopping block. If you can witness the thoughts, identification would cease and you would experience unconditional peace.

If we could see of our lifetimes, they would not look like a continuous path moving forward. Instead, they would resemble a twisted path which curved back on itself multiple times and it would often seem like there was no forward movement. Making amends is a step that may keep us all from messing up.

A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something.

As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! He slammed on the brakes and backed the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown.
