I walk in the rain,

so no one sees me cry,

I walk in the rain,

to understand the darkness in the sky,

I walk in the rain,

to only feel the shadows around me,

I walk in the rain,

listening to the heartbeats hit the ground

I walk in the rain,

hoping those tears from heaven can take away the pain

I walk in the rain,

knowing i dont walk alone, i walk, with my head to the sky,

praying and asking God to take away…

I have walked in darkness, and in shadows and have walked my journey mostly alone, but i have learned and seen the flowers bloom, i have listened to the birds sing and been silenced by the rainbow of colors after a soft rain, i believe, and i will continue to grow in my walk, i do want to love, be loved and everyday i say, this day is a blessing............
