Dear Everyone

There is a phrase in AA called "life on life's terms" meaning not trying to control life to suit our needs but to change our attitude to suit life. I had a bad morning because I was in a bad mood. I was grouchy until I planned to get together with Liz which cheered me up. I think it's because of the weather (we've had lots of rain this weekend).

I have to confess, I am a fair-weather peace activist. I didn't go because the oyster festival was at the same time and I wanted to listen to the music, plus it had been pouring and didn't think anyone would be there. I did see someone on the way to the festival, so I felt guilty. But they didn't seem to mind and I waved at them and smiled. I had two vaults at the festival and listened to music.
