I watched the news with a sense of horror, learning that North Korea has been detonating bombs, yet again!



What are these people thinking...their marching in their public squares, reminds me of the horrors of Nazi Germany, not too many years ago.



It is beyond me what goes on in the communal mind of the people of this country....how brainwashed they seem, goose-stepping like automatons....

Once again, I am shocked beyond belief that such cruelty can still exist in this day and age...



French fishermen are using LIVE dogs and cats as bait for sharks.



They are piercing the dogs upper lip with giant hooks and then throw them over the boat to trawl behind...can you imagine the terror and confusion in these poor animals???



I have only ever experienced unconditional love from my dogs and I just cannot believe that any human being could do… Continue

I have just finished reading Kathleen McGowan's sequel to "The Expected One",

"The Book of Love".

Kathleen has a wonderful talent for weaving truth and fiction into a web of suspense and intrigue.

For those with eyes to see and ears to hear, it is further nourishment for the soul, giving us detailed excerpts from the Gospel written by Jesus' own hand.

A fitting follow up to the previous Gospel of Mary Magdalene.

I was thinking last night about the Human heart and it's capacity for love...

It can be broken into a gazillion pieces time and again,

and yet....like an eternal spring, it's capacity to regenerate it's ability to hold infinite love, just waiting to be fully expressed, is endless...

Isn't that a miracle?

Surely that is God expressing him/herself through the soul......

I understand you better than you may think, for I too live this madness everyday.



the last few days I have felt almost suicidal, so very down, then it goes up again and I laugh like a madwoman......how in heaven's name should we cope with this madness....the thing is we have to...

Humanity never ceases to amaze me.



Humans are capable of the most incredible beauty and the most despicable ugliness.



When I think of the beauty, voices such as Sarah Brightman come immediately to mind....great art, architecture, acts of kindness and heroism.



Then there is the other side...the ugliness and extreme cruelty humans are capable of.



Cruelty to other humans.
