Life On Life's Terms

Dear Everyone
There is a phrase in AA called "life on life's terms" meaning not trying to control life to suit our needs but to change our attitude to suit life. I had a bad morning because I was in a bad mood. I was grouchy until I planned to get together with Liz which cheered me up. I think it's because of the weather (we've had lots of rain this weekend).
I had a great time playing guitar with her while she sang and played guitar. She plays her own compositions. We discuss AA and other facts of life. It's really empowering and healthy. Plus I get a big coke:-).
