Roni and other members of KIVA. I am urgently requesting your assistance. I am in need of $25,000 to carry me through a transition period from current business to a new job or business. I have lost my project funding and all of my income revenue resources due to the current economic times. I am looking for a loan, NOT a handout. I have over 30 years in real estate and development experience. I am currently an International Consultant for alternative resources: Solar and Wind Power generation, Desal Plants for conversion of sea water to potable water, Waste Remediation facilities, SAT/COM for global communications, development of 100% electric propulsion systems for buses, trucks, and cars, and resort development, and humanitarian infrastructure development. I have three projects that require funding for humanitarian projects: one in Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico on the Sea of Cortez / 10,000+ acres. This a $35 Billion New City development. $100 Million is required for Phase 1. A resort project and humanitarian infrastructure project in Williams, Arizona on 48 + Acres $1.5 Billion with $395 Million Phase 1 Development. The last project is a Bus Plant in Sahagun, Hidalgo, Mexico for an existing 1.5 million sq. ft. manufacturing plant. This project requires an initial $100 Million for Phase 1. Total project funding requiremnets for community and humanitarian requires approximately $1.5 Billion. This facility would provide over 3,000 jobs and greatly affect the economy of this community. We would be doing the R&D for 100% electric buses, trucks, and cars. We would also be manufacturing diesel buses, trucks, and cars. Should you have any funding resources for projects of this kind and size of funds required, I would appreciate an immediate call.

Lose 100 pounds by 31 Dec 2008 / I have lost 88 ponds and will lose the remaining 12 pounds or more by 12-31-2008, 3. To qualify and compete in the Senior Olympics in Racquetball Oct 10-12 -2008 / I did! And won 3 Gold and 1 Silver.

My needs are: Rent $1250 / mo, Van $320 / mo, Insurance $325 / mo, Gas $300 / mo, Electric $150 / mo,
Water - Sewer $55 / mo, Trash $15 / mo, COX Internet - Phone $145 / mo, Sprint $295 / mo, ATT $350 / mo,
Internet Marketing $500 / mo, Food $250 / mo, Medicine $295 / mo, Admin Supplies $250 / mo, and other miscelaneous $500 / mo. This Totals $5,000 per month.

I only need $5,000 per month for support for no more than 5 months, which I can start a repayment program and repay over a 12 to 24 month period.
