Paint a picture of your favourite memory.  Feel the love and the joy that being with one you love brings into your life Hold those thoughts whenever you feel sad or lonely. Tap into those beautiful memories and utilize that energy to transform the energy around you at any time.

Anytime you feel sad or lonely, close your eyes, remember the moment of love and join that you created this day. Allow it to completely envelope you and just be in that energy. Then open your eyes and see only the love and gift that is being offered to you.
