Where are your thoughts
Take some time to sit quietly so you can find the stillness within. Then you can shine a pure, clear light into every area of your life. Look at what makes you happy, what brings you joy, ask us to join with you and we can help to light the way to a new way of seeing, a new way of being. Get really clear on what it is you are actually thinking about.

Perhaps you will need a little more help at first, to see what the vibration of your thought processes are. Take a class or see a spiritual councilor that assists you in your evolution, to empower your path. There is much wisdom available to assist in the transformations, trust your heart. Trust that deep, wise, still place within you, always.
