Practice the art of being detached emotionally
Meditation is the perfect venue for learning and practicing detachment. When you meditate you release your thoughts and feelings and become open to new ideas and different perspectives. It allows you to improve your life as you no longer take things personally and can stay calm and centered in your everyday life, regardless as to what is happening around you. It takes trust to be detached and continue to move forward in pursuit of your dreams and desires.
Being detached does not mean you do not care or are not interested. It is an attitude or common sense, open-mindedness and practicality. It is about acceptance, inner balance, and peace. It is about finding what is truly important to you and pursuing it whole-heartedly, and ignoring the distractions of unsupportive people and thinking. It is about accepting the successes and the failures, and moving on to something else without the emotional baggage. It allows you to get things done at a much faster rate as you are not as concerned by the results as you are about enjoying the experience.
This helps you to regain your power and just be yourself and what is more important that that. Life flows more smoothing and the highs and lows are diminished and you are feel balanced and centred.
Affirmation: "I release everyone and everything. I am happy, healthy and abundant. I know that the outcome of anything I choose is not depended on anyone or anything. My spirit is free.
