Take a deep breath and find your center

Once you are there, ground your energy first with the earth, and then with the stars, and then blend your heart with ours. From this still point all things are possible. There is no doubt or fear here, for it cannot exist in the presence of love.

It is very helpful and healing to connect with earth as a part of your regular practice and it helps you keep your center and feel in balance with everything. Nature is a powerful healer and offers so many gifts that will open up to those who are brave enough to dare. Part of the reason you are on your earth sojourn are about finding the joy of being in each moment, regardless, finding your peace, regardless, and expanding your connection with all that is around you and realizing your . We applaud you for having the courage to do this without the memories of your magnificence and know that more of you are awakening each day.

Affirmation: "I connect my heart with that of the earth, and that of the stars, and that of the Divine Creator, and return to balance as I am the center of this trinity."
