Look after yourself

Whether you have been taking care of others or need a bit of healing for yourself, take the time to look after yourself. Take some time and find a tranquil place where you will not be disturbed. Take some deep breaths and slowly release them and any tension or worry or thoughts that you might be caring around with you. Then with each in breath ask for healing light to enter your body and with each out breath release any energy from your mental body, emotional body and then the physical body. Ask that Archangel Raphael his legions of helping angels to help to heal and replenish and revitalize you. Then, spend some time in a supportive and nurturing environment to let this healing energy settle in and you fully absorb this healing power.

As you progress back to living your life, your experiences can increase and deepen your spiritual understanding of yourself and your world. Let every loving experience feed your inner being. Take the time to pause and reflect and process what you have learned and then continue on. Know that you are progressing at the perfect pace right now.
