Notice your feelings

Notice the physical sensations that you feel at different times. Not all humans use their visual abilities to receive messages or the energy around them. Most receive signs and information via feelings and physical sensations that come from within the body.

Your angel guidance is to notice how different situations cause different responses from your body. Keep a journal to learn to better understand them. As you do they, you will learn to trust them more and your body becomes your Divine guidance you have been asking to receive. Take a moment, close your eyes and just feel the energy that is around you. Experience the different sensations from different environments and train yourself to use these sensations as your assistance along the path.

Trusting is such an important part of expanding your senses. While some may be more developed in than others, it is because they exercise these 'muscles' everyday. Just as an athlete needs to practice and train his mind and body, your  psychic muscles need to work out as well. Making theses senses stronger allows you to better understand beyond your physical sight, and opens you up to more physical, emotional and spiritual experiences.

Affirmation: "I trust the physical and emotional sensations that I receive. They are getting stronger and more accurate as I use them more to assist me on my journey."
