CAPE TOWN CHALKS S. AFRICA!

The Community Arts Therapy Programme, founded by Angela Rackstraw, named one of Ode Magazine's "Most IIntelligent Optimists" for 2009, organized their fourth CHALK4PEACE on the steps of St. George's Cathedral; bringing a collection of the most thoughtful and talented artists to their event on 18/09/09. It rained right up to the time they were to begin and the artists turned their drawings into watercolors!
