Featuring “full spectrum” spirituality, inspired by such teachers as deep ecologist Joanna Macy, integral theorist Ken Wilber, pagan activist Starhawk, Tibetan Buddhist Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Zen spiritual activists, Roshi Enkyo O’Hara, Joan Halifax and Thich Nhat Hahn.

In this workshop you will:

Practices include: two person, four person and group exercises, discussions, meditations, guided visualizations, and short video screenings tailored to the workshop.
